I will work with you to create a personalised and unique nutrition programme tailored to your needs to help you reach your goals and understand your relationship with food and health history.

I will offer you a long term nutrition strategy free of fad diets  -  Weight loss isn’t as simple as a one-size-fits-all approach  

 

The benefits of going on a package

It is much easier to make changes if you are accountable to your Nutrition Consultant You receive ongoing and dedicated support

Step 1

Prior to your consultation I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and a two day food diary to ensure our time together is most effective.

 

Step 2

You will have a 60-minute initial consultation, during which time we will get to know one another and I will create a personal nutrition programme and dietary suggestions and lifestyle strategies

 

Step 3

30-minute follow up consultations are also available. This is an opportunity for us to review your progress, adjust and discuss next steps. We can then create an updated plan with any adjustments if needed.
